This year May 31- June 8th at the San Mateo County Fairgrounds. My family attended on Friday, June 6th and were happily surprised to see how much less crowded it was during the year than it was on weekends previous years we've attended. The kids LOVED the butterfly exhibit- we probably spent a half hour in the tent holding their q tips and picking up butterflies! Even Camden was more delighted than scared! Another highlight was the Starletts acrobatic show! Alex was even called up on stage to perform! The starletts teased him and asked the audience "Anyone know this guy?" To which Camden immediately blurted "Daddy!!" Sooooo sweet! Other favorite was of course all of the animals! We loved seeing the week old baby horse, lots of sweet rabbits from a variety of breeds, lots of goats and pigs. The baby bunnies were giving us new pet fever! We decided to skip the rides this year since it can get so pricey for four kids and we already have memberships to other amusement parks. It is quite a pricey day so skipping the rides made it a bit more realistic for us!
